Find the snitch!

Hey guys,

Sorry, I'm totally flunking in the blogging department. It doesn't seem to matter what I do, I just can't get into a groove of writing regularly. I guess I really need to work on that some more. Anywho, I have an alpha for you today. I have been in a Harry kind of mood lately, and 1001fonts.com has this LOVELY font based on the book covers called Lumos, and it's freeware! I don't know where the original image came from, there are hundreds of them when I pull it up on Google, but I took this Star Wars Coffee image and made it into an .SVG cut file so I can make a cup for a friend, and thought that I would share it with everyone. :) Click the picture to download.

A nerdy tumbler for each of the three of us managers at my job.

I didn't have the patience to weed the fine print, so I left it at the logo.

He didn't mind.

 

Considering we named our youngest after the show, it's safe to say that Firefly is still one of my favorite TV shows ever made.

 

And of course someone had to have a superhero crush, the Bat signal. 

{This is the BEST way to make a cherry Coke- concession stand cherry slushie, and ice cold Coke, fresh from the fountain. I like it better with regular Coke than I do with Cherry Coke. Blue raspberry slushie is also, surprisingly (the color, I think) tasty in Coca Cola classic.}

I made another one!

What a month!

Well, where to begin? How about- I am currently jobless. Yeah, it really sucks. My boss let us have the bad news 2 DAYS before he closed the store down. All 10 of us, left out to dry. Really sucked. But hey, since I didn't have to quit, I maintained MY loyalty, and I have a job coming up in August. In the meantime, I have gone up to the school and am going to be going back soon, to be a teacher. I have also started going back to karate. Tonight was my second night, and HOLY CRAP, I am hurting!

Ok, I'll stop rambling, cuz I'm pretty tired, but wanted to get this pretty little file posted for you, so here it is. A MUCH BETTER Care Bear than the ones I posted before- an SVG, for SCAL, of course. So, without further ado, here is Bedtime Bear.
