Why is it so hard to find recipes using taco salad shells in different ways? I can't find ANY that use them other than the traditional bake in the oven for a salad way. I was thinking that I could make a pretty good pocket sandwich out of them- you know, stuff it with whatever ingredients, then bake in the oven. Maybe flip when it's halfway done. I guess I'll have to test that out.
