A quick freebie....

Hey guys, I know, I know, it's been a long time... again! I have a bad habit of forgetting to post sometimes. Life is insane here. We are looking for a place to move to, since I think Mom is finally getting settled after Dad's sudden passing, at the same time the roof is being replaced, the back porch torn down and all of the plumbing being replaced in the whole house, including almost all of the sinks and I think a toilet or two! Anyway, today the plumber had to get into our room SUPER early and my husband didn't even get home from work until after 1 AM, and I wait up for him, and of course he wasn't tired when he got home, so we have had almost NO sleep. So, I have been THRIVING off of this stuff today! I think I have had 5 since 6 this morning? O.O  <------ My eyes really look like that right now.

So there is your freebie. lol. The Red Bull logo, in all of it's glory!

I need to go get the kids enrolled in school soon, but we were hoping to have moved to wherever we are going to be before then. I'm worried that it won't happen and we will have to transfer them, instead. No big deal for my daughter, she will be in elementary, but my son will be in the VPK program, and I have heard that it can be really difficult to get them transferred after they are enrolled. I guess we will see.......

What a magical week!

Sorry about the ridiculous amount of time between posts, life has been crazy lately! My Dad's company found out that he had just recently put in for vacation time to take my (18 year old) brother to Disney World for the first time ever, and they all chipped in to send the whole famn damily! There were eight of us, plus my in laws decided to go and use the last bit of their seasonal tickets they could before the black out dates started. It was crazy, to say the least! Someone from his office also donated a time share- for a week! Not counting the two days that my husband and I spent running around the parks right before Dad died, this was our first REAL vacation. We even got the master suite, since we were the married couple. :) We stayed at the Wyndham Resort, right outside of Magic Kingdom, and we got to do just about everything that there is to do at any of the four parks, and faster than most! lol. My mother AND my father in law both have disability passes and get to use the alternate entrance, which equals less line than a fast pass. It was great! We ate a nice meal every day (although we had such bad service at one restaurant that we not only complained to the manager, we complained to guest services and my husband is STILL thinking about writing a complaint email. We were, after all, basically forced to tip her 20% since it was a large party, even if the service was so bad that we would have walked out of most any other place.) We took a ton of pictures. Got the kids birthday badges, my brother and the kids First Visit badges, my sister and her BF Anniversary badges, and we ALL wore I'm Celebrating badges. It was emotional, of course- this WAS supposed to be my Dad, Mom and brother's trip- but we have a lot of memories that probably won't be made like that again, at least not for a while. We now have season passes- once again thanks to the wonderful people from my father's company- and plan on going back around October or November- I would LOVE to go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party with the kids and my husband wants to go to a gaming convention that will be down there in October- MLG.

When we got back Mom decided that she wanted a puppy. lol. We went to the Humane Society 3 times in one day, first to see what all was there (and for me to try to talk her into a lap cat- great for therapy,) second to introduce our dogs to the puppy she wanted, but then she met a puppy that wasn't in the regular dog area because she had been on TV earlier in the day since she had been there so long (4 months, I think?,) and third to take THAT puppy home. My brother had no clue what we were up to, since he was at a church event, and when we went to pick him up, I had her sitting my lap. At first he thought that she was my dog (from a distance) but when I held her up in the window, he freaked! lol. He was so excited! We all agreed on Tiger Lily as her name, but she has just become "Lily" for the most part. She is now about 5 1/2-6 months old, and she is as large as my 6 year old Finnish Spitz. We are pretty sure that she is a German Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix, and she is spunky and feisty and teething. lol. My mother feels like she will be okay without all of us being here now, so my husband and I are looking for where we would like to move to now. I have to admit, it will be nice to have our own home again, although I have very much cherished this time back home with my family. ALL of us were back together under one roof, including my husband and kids, but it's a 4 bedroom house with 7 people in it, so it just isn't the best fit for everyone. Oh, I forgot that there are also 3 dogs and a rabbit. lol. Like I said, slightly closed quarters!

Well, I know I haven't posted anything for  y'all lately, so here is a little set of Disney vacation words for you to play with, either as graphics (although you will have to break them apart yourself, I only made the graphic for a preview.) or as cut files for your favorite personal plotter, for use with MTC, SCAL, or your cutter's program of choice.

I hope that you enjoy them! They are in SVG format, just click the pic and you will be taken to the download page.
